Radianz boasts easy maintenance thanks to its nonporous and chemical-resistant nature. Unlike natural stone, it does not require additional sealing to retain its permanent, high-gloss finish. Most contaminants can be removed by simply wiping the surface with a damp cloth. Just wipe away food or beverage residue using a neutral detergent and water. Avoid the use of alkaline detergents.
The product surface can be maintained using a microfiber cloth and a standard household detergent spray. Avoid the use of products containing abrasives as they may reduce the surface gloss.
Avoid using floor-coating removal products, thinner, alkaline detergent, cleaners or wax containing abrasives, strong chemicals (hydrochloric acid, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide). If these products come into contact with Radianz, use water to remove it immediately.
Ordinary water stains can be removed using kitchen detergents. Stubborn water stains can be removed using lime scale remover. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and cleansers because they can reduce the gloss and dull the surface.
Radianz resists heat up to 150 degrees C (302 degrees F). Momentary but direct high heat can damage the product. When using a heat generating appliance, do not allow flames to come in to direct contact with the surface. Always use a trivet or heat protection pad when placing heated cooking utensils on the surface.
Radianz is a highly durable surface because of its natural quartz content. However, knives, steel wool pads, and other metal objects can scratch the surface. Always use a cutting board during food preparation.
